Serves as Priest resident in Newcastle and in charge of the Parish The Ark, also in Newcastle.

Bridget takes the style 'Amma' which is the Syriac form of 'Mother' (our bishops take the Syriac form 'Mar').
She received the Priesthood during the June 2009 Holy Island synod and retreat, although the service took place in her home city of Newcastle rather than on Lindisfarne itself.
She is a qualified teacher of Catholic theology in secondary education and mother to a son as well as a teen-age daughter.
